Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin etc.)
  • 1 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, apricots, etc. )
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and chopped nuts. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, pressing it down with a spatula to create clusters.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the granola is golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.
  6. Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break the granola into clusters and mix in the dried fruits.
  7. Store in an airtight container and enjoy your homemade crunch granola clusters.
