Description

These homemade chicken nuggets are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. The combination of fresh chicken breast, parmesan cheese, and a blend of spices creates a taste that will be enjoyed by your family.


Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 large egg

1 tbsp Avacado oil


Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and place them in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the chicken is finely minced.
  3. Add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
  4. Pulse until well combined.
  5. Add the egg and olive oil, then pulse until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the chicken mixture and shape into nuggets.
  8. Place the nuggets on the baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispy nuggets, you can lightly spray the nuggets with cooking spray before baking. These nuggets can also be frozen and reheated for quick meals.
